Finding Amigo
Amigo is a seafood restaurant on the Royal Road at Le Pavillon, Cap Malheureux, at the northern tip of Mauritius. The restaurant is on the first floor; Amigo Bar & Bistro is on the ground floor below.
Ten minutes from Grand Baie, and worth the short drive north.

Getting here
Look for Le Pavillon on the Royal Road. The stair to the restaurant is beside the bar entrance.

The seafood restaurant has been on the first floor since 1997. Amigo Bar & Bistro occupies the ground floor, mixing cocktails to order and serving a shorter bistro card. The bar serves Monday to Saturday, 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, and many tables start with a drink downstairs before coming up.
